In two to three sentences, describe your practice.
I help consumer-oriented businesses navigate and resolve issues that arise across a variety of subject matters including privacy and consumer fraud and I strive to give advice that allows my clients to focus on providing the best products and services to their customers. My practice cuts across MoFo’s Class Actions + Mass Torts and Privacy + Data Security Groups, operating effectively at the intersection of privacy, consumer products and services, and emerging technology. I apply a practical, business-savvy approach to my counseling and defense work, which serves to align my clients’ business and legal interests.
Why did you choose to make MoFo your professional home?
What first drew me to and keeps me at MoFo is that this is a place where people have your back and collegiality and teamwork aren’t just buzzwords we throw around in our recruiting materials. We are partners in name and in action and that culture permeates the firm.
How do clients benefit from having diverse teams of lawyers working for them?
We are problem-solvers, and the most inspired solutions are informed by our life experiences. The more diverse those experiences are, the deeper the well to draw from when presented with the complex issues businesses face every day. On my teams, everyone’s views are welcome, particularly when we are grappling with a novel or challenging legal issue.
