International Women’s Day is a global holiday celebrated annually on March 8 as a focal point in the collective efforts to drive women’s equality. It marks a day to celebrate women’s achievements, raise awareness about discrimination, and work towards creating a more diverse and inclusive world. The 2024 theme is Inspire Inclusion—inspiring others to understand and value women’s inclusion, thus forging a better world.
World-renowned feminist, journalist, and activist Gloria Steinem explained that “The story of women’s struggle for equality belongs to no single feminist nor to any one organization, but to the collective efforts of all who care about human rights.” MoFo has a longstanding commitment to supporting and promoting the advancement of women, which is at the heart of our shared values.
