Kristina Ehle is a partner in MoFo’s Berlin office and member of the Technology Transactions Group. Her practice focuses on advising German and international clients on media, IT, e/m-commerce, and consumer electronics and products, as well as Internet, consumer rights and commercial law matters.
She is one of many Bold, Brilliant, and Accomplished women lawyers at MoFo:
What do you like best about your work?
I very much enjoy working on an international team with my outstanding partners from different practice groups and jurisdictions on cross-border matters for technology clients. I continually appreciate the inspiring and truly team-oriented atmosphere at MoFo.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Most of my free time is dedicated to my 7-year-old daughter Vivienne. Fortunately she enjoys travelling as much as my husband and I do, and we regularly spend part of her school vacation exploring other cities and countries.
How do you see your practice changing in the next few years?
The information technology-driven next industrial revolution will be changing the way products are manufactured and distributed. This raises new and complex legal questions for all market players—especially of an IP, commercial and regulatory nature—that require me to keep up with such technological developments to understand the clients’ business needs and to work across practice groups on creative solutions for issues where no reliable answers are available yet.
