MoFo’s Patent Counseling & Prosecution Group is as diverse as the products and processes whose owners the group represents. The practice group’s approximately 85 members hold a collective 65 Ph.D.s and 100 advanced degrees. Many of the team members are bi- or multi‑lingual.
Comprising members who come from a variety of backgrounds and possess deep experience in a vast number of disciplines, the Patent Counseling & Prosecution Group is well prepared to protect the interests of inventors and rights holders in any industry. They represent businesses from venture-backed startups to Fortune 500 companies on complex licensing and patent‑clearance matters, as well as in patent litigation. They also provide strategic advice to clients developing products or inventions that run the risk of infringing existing patents.
